Products with workmanship defects
Puzzle store ensures that the products are of high quality, however if a product is found to have a manufacturer defect, Puzzle store will replace the product at no cost.

Exchange and return terms and policies:

If the product arrives by the shipping companies, the product must be verified before receiving it.
If the product arrives broken, it should not be received from shipping companies.
In the event that a wrong product arrives at you, or a shipment that has a manufacturers defect arrives, Puzzle store bears all shipping and exchange costs, and in the event that you wish to exchange or return for any other reason, Puzzle store does not bear any shipping costs that result.
The customer does not have the right to cash back against returning the products that he obtained through the purchase of reward points, as he is compensated with reward points. In the event that the customer gets a free credit or a free purchase voucher, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash. Puzzle store returns the amounts in the form of a cash balance in the customer’s account in the store once the returned shipments arrive at the store, or it sends the amount back to the customer’s account in a period of no less than a week after contacting the customer and taking his information clearly.
In the event that the customer purchases the products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to recover the amount, compensation will be made by returning the payment to the same Visa or Master Card that was purchased, and the return period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment standard) provided to the service.
